Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made on the terms of prepayment in the amount of 100% on the basis of the invoice received by the Customer, issued by the Contractor, in Russian rubles by wire transfer, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, by payment order, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
The payment date is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's account.
The Parties can also agree on a different payment scheme by fixing it in the Annex to the Agreement.
