The Customer pays the Forwarder for the services rendered within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing a duly executed Certificate of Acceptance of the Services Rendered for the respective month and the Customer's receipt of the originals of the following duly executed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Agreement of documents: Agreement and attachments to it, forwarding receipts, invoices, invoices for payment (the date of payment is determined from the date of receipt of the last document specified in this clause of the Agreement).
